Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Grease Trap Log: Maintenance, an app published by SmallOps Labs. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Recordkeeping Aid
The app is provided as a recordkeeping aid for organizing grease trap, grease interceptor and FOG maintenance records. It is not a legal, engineering, wastewater, environmental or regulatory compliance service.
No Compliance Guarantee
You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, permits, ordinances, inspection rules and recordkeeping requirements that apply to your business and location. The app does not guarantee compliance with any local regulation or inspection requirement.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and retention of records entered into the app. You should verify report content before sharing it with managers, haulers, inspectors or regulatory authorities.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled through Apple and the App Store. Subscription availability, pricing and trial eligibility may vary by region and Apple account status.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass subscription access controls, or use exported reports in a misleading or fraudulent way.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Grease Trap Log: Maintenance is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for fines, failed inspections, lost records, business interruptions or other damages arising from use of the app.
